Demo, grading and asphalt work per plans, specifications, addenda and applicable codes; mobilization/demobilization; demolition/grind-out of existing approximately 3-inch AC, including sawcut of AC/PCC and grind-out, load/haul of failed AC to dump location and spreading/compacting grindings at the neighboring driveway; grading and aggregate-base work including lime-treated subgrade, import of excess spoils to local dump site, fine grading and matching existing drainage elevations; and hot-mix asphalt paving using Type A-1, including purchase, transport, placement and compaction of 3-inch Type A PG 64-10 asphalt. Includes daily cleanup, protection of existing conditions, required submittals and coordination.
