Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools and incidentals for parking-lot paving. Scope includes underground utility survey; remove and save parking stops/signs where undamaged; mill/grind existing paving; inspect and excavate failed areas and backfill with Class II AB; remove roots/debris; apply SS-1 tack oil; install commercial-grade geotextile fabric; pave with 3-inch asphalt concrete; maintain drainage to existing drain inlets; install new drainage pipes within the existing landscape area; provide ADA-compliant access, parking striping/signs as required; work inside the main gate including milling, failed-area repair, AC paving, removal of specified brick paving and the circular area, protection of the existing elm tree; protect utilities/features; maintain erosion controls; and provide daily reports. Contract schedule calls for mobilization July 10, 2023 and completion/closeout July 28, 2023.
